Your initial appointment will last approximately 60 minutes, during which time the doctor will discuss your health concerns with you, take a detailed medical history, review your supplements, review your lifestyle issues and, if needed, perform a brief physical exam. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment so that may get everything in order to make the most of your visit. Laboratory studies may be recommended after the initial discussion. The labs can be drawn in our office or wherever insurance will cover the best. You will be contacted regarding the results of labs drawn in our office. You may be asked to discuss the results of the findings during a follow-up visit.
Follow up visits will be scheduled 4-6 weeks after the initial consult to discuss the results of initial testing or response to treatment. Ongoing care may be needed to adjust the treatment plan based on response to therapy.
An annual office visit is necessary to assess care, check levels and refill prescriptions.
The initial appointment is $300 and the follow up appointments are $150. Phone consults are $40 per 10 minute increments. You will be charged for phone calls and emails exchanges with the doctor if case management is done that way rather than through in-person care. There is a $25 fee to review lab testing drawn outside of our office after the initial visit. The cost of laboratory testing, nutritional supplements, medications and thermal imaging are not included in the office fee and may not be covered by your insurance. Payment is expected at the time of service. We will supply documentation needed for you to file a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement if desired, except in the case of Medicare and Medicaid. Please contact your insurance company directly prior to your appointment to inquire about specific coverage at our office. We strive to keep our prices as low as possible and keep our doors open to serve you.
Please bring the completed health history,
one day diet & lifestyle journal, patient information page,
medical records, laboratory results you feel are pertinent
and supplements you take regularly with you to the first appointment.
Please do not wear perfume or other strong scents to our office. Our staff and some patients are very sensitive to chemicals and may become ill due to exposures.
